As you've seen MMNS has added a subsidiary company, The Masters Auction House.* TMAH offers a viable Auction House that has the integrity and honesty of MMNS. and provides an auction environment that is easy, enjoyable, affordable and safe to buy with confidence! TMAH has contracted MMNS to authenticate all products. Knowing your purchasing a product authenticated by MMNS, a premier coin grading and encapsulating service is yet another level of security. TMAH does not allow public postings and all submission are in our vault. You are purchasing WHAT YOU SEE. Being all submissions are authenticated, all sales are final unless noted (most sellers honor return policies), please read each sale closely. MMNS has a limited involvement with Masters Auction House, this being an authentication service. MMNS does not and will not buy or sell due to conflict of interest and collusion.

Listing Fees and Sales Commissions

NOTE: Group fees are a flat charge not per coin charge.
Example: 1 to 3 coins submitted, Listing fee $15.00 total.

For Large coin lots eleven (11) or more items, please contact us to discuss customized, case by case fees and commissions. A well-organized lot with properly categorized submission information will lower your cost substantially. The Masters Auction House will permit large unauthenticated lots to be listed and sold, but at the Buyer's and Seller's risk.

Listing Fees are a one-time charge that include authentication by MMNS, high-definition digital photography and posting to the website. If your item(s) do not sell by your designated end date, The Masters Auction House permits re-listing (with no alterations to the listing content) free of charge for up to five (5) attempts. Minor charges will apply for alterations to content when re-listing.

Any submission that fails to sell after (6) attempts, will be returned to seller at his or her cost (shipping and Insurance). Note: This does not mean you can not resubmit for another fee and (6) more attempts.

Any submission that sells over $50,000.00 is an automatic 10% commission fee. As a reminder, any submission sold over $1000.00 has listing fee waived. (Special cases for other may apply).

Note: Michigan Masters Numismatic Services offers to slab any coin(s) that are purchased on “The Masters Auction House” prior to shipping.

Guidelines, rules and regulation

All coins submitted must be reviewed and authenticated prior to posting for auction. Even slabbed coins from ANACS, ICG, NGC, PCGS along with others not mentioned.

Please do not mention COINS, AUCTION or anything tied to the Numismatic. Address the package to MMNS. Submissions are authenticated by MMNS prior to listing on “The Masters Auction House.”

Shipping and insurance will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless seller chooses to offer free shipping and insurance.

All coins submitted for auction will remain in The Masters Auction House vaults until sold.

Lots larger than 10 coins must be categorized and cataloged on spread sheets for processing (Attachments are acceptable). Jars and boxes full of coins will NOT be processed or authenticated. This keeps MMNS from processing large quantities of coins. (See pricing for large coin lots). NOTE: Large lots not categorized will be sold as is, unauthenticated and sold at the risk of both parties.

Always make sure you fully complete each section of the submission form prior to mailing. Choose your auction type (Buy it Now or regular auction). Always address your reserve amount, start price and add any special description of your item(s) in the comment area - attachments are acceptable. Note if you are allowing returns or if all sales are final. Also note if you'll cover shipping and insurance as an option. Any questions about the submission process, please contact us.

Items with 10% Sales Commissions that sell for $1,000.00 or more will have their Listing Fees waived at the time of sale. (Only the 10% Sale Commission will apply; the Listing Fee will be applied toward the Sale Commission, essentially waiving the Listing Fee.) Note: Other Groups may qualify. Ask at time of submission.

At this time The Masters Auction House is operating in the U.S. Only. We will not ship out of the United States.
