Guidelines, rules and regulation
We at MMNS feel its important for you to familiarize yourself with our guidelines for submitting coins to our grading house. Doing so makes the grading process as seamless and efficient as possible. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
For your convenience triplicate forms and a company package can be mailed at your request.
Always make sure to fully complete each section of the submission form prior to mailing. Specify any special services to be included in the grading of your coin, such as special attributes or varieties, professional photographs, encapsulating in our Halo 360™ along with others listed under Special Services.
All coins submitted for crossover must be reviewed and authenticated prior to crack-out. When sending a coin for crossover, please advise your intention in case the coin does not cross at the listed grade. (NOTE: Owners have had MMNS down grade an over-graded coin, If this is your intent, please note this on your submission form). MMNS will not cross an over-graded coin, but will upgrade an unde-graded coin that's verified by MMNS's grading team.
